CFQ and CFQ-B
The childhood flexibility questionnaire (CFQ) is designed to examine an individual's adaptiveness to various thoughts and emotions that occur on a regular basis, plus how they behaviorally handle unexpected changes that occur during the day. Rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, this tool has versions useful for very young children, school age individuals, as well as an indirect version to be completed by a caregiver. PCA
For over the past decade, the PEAK Comprehensive Assessment (PCA) has been the industry standard for direct assessment of language and cognition in ABA. Multiple peer-reviewed publications have provided additional insights into its reliability and validity. Most importantly, it is easy to administer, takes less than 1 our to complete, and provides extremely valuable insights into where to begin ABA treatments for persons with language and cognitive deficits.
