WAVE
We all live within a community of others. But to what extent has curriculum focused on building these sorts of peer, group, and community social skills? Until WAVE, such goals were too often an afterthought. Not anymore! Learn all about how we humans thrive when engaged prosocially with others around us. Discover how to bring any group of clients, school kids, or potential friends together, working collaboratively, and getting engaged in their community.
AIM
Accept what is going on. Identify what matters. And move towards those goals. This is what AIM stands for. Two distinct curriculums - AIM Explorers for children under grade 6, and AIM Navigators for teens and young adults. AIM differs from every other social and emotional program in the marketplace by its emphasis on learning to live with the ups and downs of life, and focusing on values, goals, and becoming more mindful. The curriculum contains 100s of daily lessons and activities for children of all ages.
LIFE
Life skills must be more than checking off a list of goals that someone else has determined are important to learn as a child with disabilities moves through their development. Life skills are endless. Where the emphasis must me is on teaching the child the totality of what a well-lived life is all about. It is giving that child the tools to solve any puzzle - simple or complex - that shows up in their life. The LIFE skill emergence program builds skill tolerance, ability, recall, and durability across 100s of goals.
